Explanation for rule #3

Explanation: A marker is capable of firing a paintball a relatively long distance. There are houses through the woods that surround the field, as well as cars on the other side of the fence and the netting in the woods. If a player were to fire into the air at the correct angle, it would be possible for them to hit these houses and cars, and the paint in paintballs has been known to corrode house paint as well as the paint on cars.
