Explanation for rule #23
Explanation: 'Blind shooting' or 'blind firing' is simply shooting your marker without being able to see what you're hitting. Holding your gun around a corner (without looking) and firing, sticking your barrel through a small hole and firing, and running (and looking) one way but shooting another are just examples of ways to 'blind fire'. This is a dangerous practice as you may shoot bystanders, refs or team members mistakenly. ALWAYS LOOK AT WHAT YOU'RE SHOOTING AT!
