Explanation for rule #21

Explanation:
RED PAINT - This paint color is 'outlawed' as a safety factor at LOF. Many of the brands of 'red' paint today look just like 'blood' when they break and referees need to be able to tell if a player is ''marked' or injured ....tus the rule!
BLUE PAINT - Blue paint was originally 'outlawed' due to its 'staining' characteristics, but is now used as a 'control' color in special scenario games at LOF. It's still illegal for players to carry, however.
STAINING PAINT - These paints were designed with the 'tournament' player in mind. It intentionally 'stains' the target it breaks on, making 'wiping' less sucessful. It also stains our buildings and bunkers, and you'll be really embarassed if it gets around that you wiped won't you?
SCENTED PAINT - Scented paintballs were designed to aid hunters by allowing them to redistribute 'scents' throughout the woods being hunted without having to leave a treestand. Players who leave the field stinking like deer won't be happy.
