Explanation for rule #19

Explanation: Cheaters never prosper, and in paintball cheaters are despised. If you're caught cheating you can be sure that everyone on the field will know you're not to be trusted. The most common form of cheating in paintball is wiping a hit off. Players caught wiping at LOF will be subject to a "one-for-one" which means the cheating player will be pulled from the game AND the next closest member of his team as well.
