Explanation for rule #15

Explanation: If you're carrying the flag, the other team needs to know who to eliminate in order to get the flag back. Also, even though it's still visible, we don't advise that you do things like tie the flag onto your marker, things could get bent out of shape if someone gets in a hurry. Also, you wouldn't want someone stuffing the flag down in their pants before you took it from them and had to run it down the field would you?
