Explanation for rule #10

Explanation: LOF's low maximum gun speed (265 F.P.S.) helps keep getting hit from hurting, but it still doesn't feel too good to be hit from five feet away. Most players will thank you for giving them the chance to surrender. However, some players will choose to ignore your warning and try to turn around and eliminate you first. If they do, feel free to shoot but, if they put their hands on their head or raise their gun above their head, remember that this is the universal signal for "I'm out!" On our speedball course, we enforce this rule by demanding all players stay (1) bunker away from an opponent.
