HALO vs RESIDENT EVIL |
|
|
10/02/10 - As always, players receive a safety briefing before beginning the first mission.
10/02/10 - The whole event was covered by the local RACCOON CITY Channel 7 News crew. Unfortunately, the zombies ate all of them so the story never aired.
10/02/10 - Not to be out done, the HALO SPARTANS had their own form of transportation. LOF's infamous HALO WARTHOG.
10/02/10 - Referee, Jay Christensen, explains the usage of a Nerf Rocket launcher to Halo Spartans.
10/02/10 - Even Spartans are known to use Ghille suits.
10/02/10 - Mission 2 required several 'handpicked' Spartans and Zombies to accompany their vehicles across the airball field.
10/02/10 - Several times the 'line was drawn' at the Halo PELICAN ship. Here, Zombies keep Spartans away from a SPNKr ammo box (located under ramp) and push forward in search of braaaaaiiiiinnnnnssss!
10/02/10 - The HALO SPARTANS were frantically looking for SPNKr BOXES which could win them the mission. Unfortunately, several were located behind enemy lines and were sorrounded by Zombies.
10/02/10 - On the flip side, our hoardes of ZOMBIES were pursuing the scent of BRAINS (water balloons) scattered throughout the courses. Even when one was discovered, transporting it back to home base was a delicate procedure.
10/02/10 - After the mission was over, we caught one of our referees giving another a 'piece of his mind'!
10/02/10 - Our best dressed award and a case of RPS Stinger paintballs go to Adam Peters for his rendition of Halo's MASTER CHIEF. Who said you couldn't go into battle lookin' good?
10/02/10 - LOF regular, Tommy Sweezy, was awarded (by unanimous vote from the ref staff) the MVP award. Every major battle found Tommy in the bowels of the action, usually making the winning move. Tommy received a TIPPMANN CARVER ONE marker (compliments of TIPPMANN SPORTS) for his efforts. Congrats, Tommy! Action pics from this theme day can be seen by clicking here. |
